Robert Mwesige is a Certified Management Consultant, facilitator, trainer and business-services leader. At Houston Executive Consulting, he supports assignments spanning strategy development, executive coaching, workforce capability, HR advisory, AI-enabled work practices and digital growth.

- Lead facilitator for a four-day Workplace Code of Ethics and Professionalism programme for Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development employees in 2024.
- Delivered learning and development assignments for organisations including NSSF, Bank of Uganda, Deposit Protection Fund, Yalelo Uganda and Platinum Credit Uganda Limited.
- Supported qualitative data collection, analysis, reporting and stakeholder validation for the National Drug Authority’s midterm strategic-plan assignment.
- Facilitated leadership skills training and completed a salary-survey assignment for the Uganda National Bureau of Standards.
- Contributed to team-building and executive leadership engagements for Parliament of Uganda and Green Resources (Busoga Forest Company) in 2026.
